The company was founded by our Managing Director, Mr. I. Siklóssy, in 1983. He started his career in personnel and management consulting in 1970, and is thus among the most experienced active German consultants in his field. 

His son, Dr. Patrick Siklóssy, actively joined PSP in 2008 and he is now Managing Director of the PSP group of comanies.

Long-standing business relations with our clients - predominantly German small and medium-sized enterprises - are one of our landmarks. As a matter of fact, more than 80 % of our assignments are follow-up appointments from satisfied clients. In addition, we mostly interact directly with the owner or the managing director.

Our corporate strategy focuses on ‘executive search’, which entails intensive and thorough market research before contacting the ideal candidate discretely and directly. Our approach, tried and tested over many years, draws on our expansive expertise and experience. True to the motto ‘A cobbler should stick to his last’ PSP is and will remain dedicated to this particular field of management consulting.

Each search and match is tailored to the demands and needs of our client. As tailor-made solutions call for proper measurements, we aim to thoroughly understand the particulars of a vacancy. Every appointment is thus singular, and we adjust our search activities accordingly.

All our personnel consultants have permanent contracts, and most have been with the company for many years. The assignment of our consultants is geared to their individual knowledge and experience in different industries.
